エラーは、ルガンダ語が Google 翻訳ではサポートされているものの、Google 翻訳 API ではサポートされていないという事実に関連しているようです。ここで他に報告されているものが見当たらないため、これはバグレポートとして検討してください。

具体的には、Google がより多くの言語をサポートするために製品を強化する必要がある一方で、Discourse は 500 エラーをキャッチし、より親切で役立つエラーメッセージを提供するべきだと思います。
