안녕하세요,

이 기능의 주요 사용 사례는 토론 게시판의 서비스 약관(Terms of Service) 업데이트를 정기적으로 모든 사용자에게 전송하는 것입니다. 약관의 영구 링크(permalink)를 보내는 방식도 가능하지만, 기본적으로는 규정 준수(compliance) 요건에 해당합니다. 잠시 검색해 보았지만 이를 위한 내장 기능이 없는 것 같아, 커뮤니티에 와서 이 요건에 대한 여러분의 의견을 듣고 싶었습니다. 만약 내장 기능이 없다면 커스텀 플러그인으로 구현할 수 있는 가능성도 궁금합니다.
