# Discourseで非アクティブユーザーの削除を無効にする

「システムが非アクティブなユーザーを削除する」オプションを無効にする方法はありますか？

ユーザーは年に一度しか使用しない製品を使用しており、必要がなければアカウントを使用しない可能性があります。

（すでに閉じられている）別の投稿でこれについて言及されているのを見ましたが、これらは確認済みのユーザーではなく、未確認のユーザーではないかと思いますか？

**非アクティブなユーザーを日数後にクリーンアップする** 設定を探してください。

> 非アクティブなユーザー（信頼レベル0で投稿がないユーザー）が削除されるまでの日数。クリーンアップを無効にするには0に設定します。
