How can an admin turn off two factor authentication for a user?

Navigate to the admin page for the user and click Disable. [image] If you prefer, you can also do it from the rails console: Disable 2FA via console

It gives me the following error: [image]

The fix has been merged. You’ll need to ensure your site is up to date via /admin/upgrade, then Disable 2FA.

You’ll need to use the console then, or wait for this fix to finish going through review and update your site.
