# 承認待ちのユーザーが2名いますが、RQにいません。どこにいるのでしょうか？

「拒否されたユーザー」がキューを詰まらせているようです。レビューキューのデフォルトフィルターはそれらを非表示にしますが、フィルターをクリアすると見つけることができます。残念ながら、モデレーターである私は、「拒否」または「いいえ」のステータスの承認をフィルター処理できません。また、拒否されて承認されていないユーザーをキューで見つけることができたとしても、ユーザーリストでそれらにアクセスすることはできません。それらはそこで何らかの方法でマスクされています。そのため、モデレーターとしてユーザーを削除する方法はありません。

そのため、常にユーザーが待機しているように見えます。
