# TypeError when submitting a flag with custom content (require\_message flags)

I tried to reproduce locally but am unsuccessful. Are you able to reproduce this if you enable [safe-mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/using-safe-mode-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-themes-and-plugins/53504)?
