# UK & EU - Development of Safeguarding Words Pop-up Feature

**What would you like done?**

Our forum serves a vulnerable population dealing with blood cancer diagnoses and treatment in the United Kingdom.

We need an automated safeguarding feature that identifies when users may be in crisis or at risk based on key words and phrases and provides them with a pop up that contains immediate access to appropriate support resources before they post.

**Important requirements:**

- **Must be UK or EU-based** due to GDPR and data protection requirements - you’ll have access to sensitive health data

- Need to understand UK data protection standards and healthcare safeguarding context

- Ideally experience with forums serving vulnerable populations or healthcare/charity sector

**When do you need it done?**

By the end of April 2026

**Budget**

We are looking for 3-5 quotes to establish fair value - please quote based on what the work genuinely requires rather than what you think we want to hear. We are a medium sized charity.
