# 无法访问我创建的基本群组

无论我使用哪个浏览器，都无法访问我在五月创建的一个社区。自那以后我就没再进去过。我可以在 [id.discourse.com](http://id.discourse.com) 上看到这个社区，但无法通过其 [xyz.discourse.group](http://xyz.discourse.group) 网址访问。相反，我收到一个连接错误，提示无法解析该网址。我检查了邮件，并使用了初始设置邮件中的链接，但依然无法访问。于是，我尝试重新创建该社区，但果然发现该社区名称已被占用。因此，我知道该站点确实存在，只是我无法进入。

我该怎么做？
