Unable to create categories

I am unable to create a category. Whenever I go press, new category, it just shows up like this:

The only unusual thing about my install is that I am using SSO.
My installation is at Merge pull request #3376 from awesomerobot/master · discourse/discourse@3d30bd1 · GitHub

Any help would be appreciated. Can provide whatever information is needed.

Confirmed, this is a recent regression possibly by @eviltrout having a look
