Bug found in [Ability to merge users](https://meta.discourse.org/t/ability-to-merge-users/9220/19):
After transferring the ownership of all account posts, I am unable to delete the user due to posts created.
Additionally the created posts are not listed anywhere so trying to find them after an ownership transfer is difficult.
