# Невозможно отключить функцию «решено» для категорий после её включения

На новой странице настроек категории включение опции «Разрешить владельцу темы и сотрудникам помечать ответ как решение» и сохранение изменений приведёт к появлению новой страницы настроек _Поддержка_, однако раздел _Решено_ на странице _Настройки_ исчезнет. При этом опцию «Разрешить владельцу темы и сотрудникам помечать ответ как решение» на странице настроек _Поддержка_ нельзя будет отключить.
