运行 `launcher start app` 假定 `local_discourse/app:latest` Docker 镜像已存在。此镜像在运行 `launcher rebuild` 时创建，并且可能在你上次启动 Discourse 容器和现在之间，该镜像已被从你正在执行容器的宿主机上移除。
