# Unable to install Discourse

Hello,
I just bought a Droplet on DigitalOcean, preinstalled with Discourse. The problem is that I cannot complete the installation. When I enter the domain, it says that the ports 443 and 80 are not accessible. The subdomain used is `dscourse.ciach795.com`, proxied through Cloudflare. When I enter the subdomain, it reads as follows:
```plaintext
WARNING: Port 443 of computer does not appear to be accessible using hostname: dscourse.ciach795.com.
WARNING: Connection to http://dscourse.ciach795.com (port 80) also fails.
```
The subdomain configured in Cloudflare:
[Image hidden due to an exposed IP address. The problem was now solved.]
If i enter the command `sudo ufw status verbose`, it reads as follows:
```plaintext
Status: active
Logging: on (low)
Default: allow (incoming), allow (outgoing), deny (routed)
New profiles: skip

This is why is isn’t working. Disable cloudflare proxy or search for how to use the cloudflare with discourse.

Didn’t the next part of that message mention that a proxy could be a problem?
Is there something that the message should have said to let you know what the problem was?
