# 別のカテゴリに移動されたトピックに返信できません

トピックが別のカテゴリに移動された際に、ほとんどのユーザーがトピックに返信できなくなる問題が発生しています。

移動先のカテゴリは、信頼ティア #1 以上のみ閲覧可能に設定されていますが、これが原因である可能性はありますでしょうか。あるいは、他の設定/権限によるものでしょうか。

あるユーザーからは、返信オプションが表示されたものの、返信ではなく新しいトピックを開始するダイアログが表示されたとの報告がありました。
