Usually, the lock icon indicates that the permission to see the category is restricted. As an admin, you can check the category permissions in the category settings.

Accessing category security settings

1. Navigate to the category you want to manage
2. Click on the category’s “About” page
3. Select “Edit Category”
4. Go to the “Security” tab
