# Impossible de déclencher le tutoriel avancé de Discobot

The command `@discobot start advanced user` isn’t trigger the advanced user tutorial on my site. Discobot just responds with the generic “Hi! To find out what I can do, say `@discobot display help`” reply.

To try to troubleshoot the issue, I’ve checked that:

- The users are sending the message in a DM
- They have completed the new user tutorial
- There’s no error logs related to this

Is there anything else that might be stopping the tutorial from starting?

Hi Alex, try with

- `@discobot start tutorial`  
and
- `@discobot start advanced tutorial`
