# Unable to update vagrant dev install on Windows

It does not appear to be working:

```bash
vagrant@discourse:/vagrant$ touch temp
vagrant@discourse:/vagrant$ ln -s temp temp-link
ln: failed to create symbolic link 'temp-link': Protocol error
vagrant@discourse:/vagrant$

```
