it stopped doing anything after DETAIL: The data directory was initialized by PostgreSQL version 13, which is not compatible with this version 15.10 (Debian 15.10-1.pgdg120+1).
I power cycled the server and that brought the server back.
Running some more updates now with Docker being stuck on 20 for reason and other dependency. What a good way to spend Friday night haha
