- Entering at least 5 topics
- Reading at least 30 posts
- Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts

My screenshot is from a different Discourse instance I’m on, not this one. I’ve entered 33 topics, according to my dashboard there.
Maybe the requirements are different in that forum
