# Comprendre le rapport "Délai de première réponse"

Des idées sur ce que ces nombres représentent par rapport aux minutes ou aux heures ? L’info-bulle indique les heures jusqu’à la première réponse, donc je suis confus car elle est décomposée par centaines lors de la visualisation du graphique hebdomadaire.
