# 页面浏览量异常飙升

我们在 10 月 22 日出现了无法解释的页面浏览量激增。我们的社区也接入了 Google Analytics，但并未显示该激增。

这是某种错误还是已知问题？如果数据属实，是否有办法追踪到引发激增的具体话题或内容？

如果您使用我们的托管服务，可以发送邮件给支持团队以深入排查该问题。但鉴于日期可能过于久远，我们或许无法进行查询——出于隐私、安全等诸多原因，我们通常不会长期保留日志。

从历史经验来看，此类异常通常是由行为不当的机器人，或客户端/用户执行了某些异常操作所致。
