Thank you so much! I have successfully disabled this, but how do I find out which other emails are being sent to the user, if any?

Are you concerned about emails or about personal messages? What is the problem you want to solve? Is it users being messaged, users receiving emails, or do you just want to customize these messages?

My concern is that my users are being emailed and maybe messaged as well, without my knowledge. I wish to do the below, but unable ot: identify which emails are being sent what’s the trigger for them how to disable them Can you please help?
