# Unread messages doesn't get cleared

After upgrade to `3.1.0.beta3`, UI is showing unread notifications but even after opening the message, it’s still showing unread.

I also noticed that for another website that is using discourse. Even though I surely read every post, there are more and more that are still shown as “unread”.
