The untranslated strings are newer than the other texts, and so far, no one has translated them. The Discourse team pays proofreaders for some languages like Brazilian Portuguese, but they usually only work on the translations before a stable release. Back in August, when they worked on it, this text didn’t exist; the feature was added in September. So it might not take that long until someone works on them again.
