Have you rebooted recently?

It looks like there are a bunch of idle postgres processes eating a bunch of memory, I think.

How much memory did you give postgres in your app.yml? Did you change the defaults?

Also, Postgres 13 hasn’t been supported for a year. You really need to upgrade. I didn’t think Discourse would work with PG13 – what version of Discourse are you running?
