各位好，
我在调整分区后希望更新 Docker，于是按照以下指南操作：[https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-do-i-manually-update-discourse-and-docker-image-to-latest/23325。但现在](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-do-i-manually-update-discourse-and-docker-image-to-latest/23325%E3%80%82%E4%BD%86%E7%8E%B0%E5%9C%A8) Docker 镜像无法启动。访问 Discourse 网站时，只显示顶部横幅，而“Discourse”本身并未加载。请问有什么解决办法？我已经尝试过重启。

那成功了，非常感谢。这似乎是一个插件问题。
还有一个问题，我进行了更新，因为系统停止发送电子邮件了。您知道如何解决这个问题吗？问题是，如果我点击“忘记密码”，收不到邮件……新用户也无法注册。
