Running chown -R postgres postgres_data at /shared after entering the docker container has fixed it.

Already tried the workaround but it did not work.

docker 컨테이너에 진입한 후 /shared에서 chown -R postgres postgres_data를 실행하면 문제가 해결되었습니다.
