Okay, I updated the [Ubuntu development guide](https://meta.discourse.org/t/beginners-guide-to-install-discourse-on-mac-os-x-macos-for-development/15772) and [Mac install script](https://github.com/techAPJ/install-rails/blob/master/mac) to remove Phantom.js installation steps.
