Looks like there are no plans for it to be installable right now:

> It’s not something we’re planning to package up for reuse at the moment. The theme is pretty specific to Meta and is still evolving. Feel free to test it out here and let us know if you spot any issues.

Yes, _right now_ and _at the moment_ are understatements here.. we won’t publicly share the Discourse brand theme.
However, you can quite easily build a theme with similar blocks with [Skills for authoring themes and blocks](https://meta.discourse.org/t/skills-for-authoring-themes-and-blocks/401629).

if someone wants to copy the theme, post a request in #Marketplace with a price, and someone will likely respond and want to do it.
