Yes, right now and at the moment are understatements here.. we won’t publicly share the Discourse brand theme.
However, you can quite easily build a theme with similar blocks with Skills for authoring themes and blocks.

if someone wants to copy the theme, post a request in Marketplace with a price, and someone will likely respond and want to do it.
