Thanks for the valuable information.

The install came from the [Official Discourse Docker Image](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-digital-ocean.md).  
I’m now curious as to why this image has defaulted to subscribe to the tests-passed branch.
