Upgrade from 3.2.0.beta3-dev to 3.2.0.beta3 failed due to out of memory

FWIW, in my case, adding

@david

NODE_OPTIONS: "--max-old-space-size=2048"

to the app.yml didn’t help. What helped was simply

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
