Hey all, Our team is looking to upgrade our Discourse installation. Unfortunately, it has not been upgraded since v2.0.0.beta5. Does anyone know if there are any breaking changes or things to be aware of as we upgrade? Thanks! Hi, it depends on the plugins and components you’re using, and surely you would have to go through the PostgreSQL updates. It might be easier (and safer, as you won’t touch the live install) to try to restore a backup on a fresh host. ---

I’ll echo that it’s hard to say. You almost certainly also need to upgrade your os as well z so moving to a new server is what I would recommend. But it could Just Work.
