# Upload not working in encrypted private message?

Hello,
I am testing the [Discourse Encrypt](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-encrypt-for-private-messages/107918) plugin and I notice every time I try to upload an image in the encrypted PM then I’ve got the following error popup message:
`Sorry, but we couldn't determine the size of the image. Maybe your image is corrupted?` and the upload fail. Do I missed something?

Hello! 👋
There were some changes in the uploads pipeline in core and this was an incompatibility with the new one. I just [fixed](https://github.com/discourse/discourse-encrypt/pull/169) the bug and everything should work well now.
