# Uploading animated gif to user card - No Animation

How do I add this fix to my discourse instance. Do I have to wait for a new version, because it says I’m up to date. (sorry for n00b question)

Just visit /admin/upgrade in your browser, if your app.yml is using tests-passed it should pull down the fix.

If you are tracking `tests-passed` (which is the default), you will have to wait for the build to pass (it usually takes between 10 to 15 minutes, but it has been a bit off these days). Then, just go to `/admin/upgrade` and you’ll be able to upgrade your instance to the latest commit.

If you are not tracking `tests-passed` then, you will have to wait for the new version.
