# 外部系统头像服务URL设置更改导致头像损坏

您好

在管理员设置中，`external system avatars url` 设置的 URL 格式未应用于所有图像。检查“更改历史记录”显示使用的是默认值，并且没有进行任何更改，但如果我们尝试更改它，更改将应用于某些头像，而更多头像会损坏。它们不会正确显示，即此设置未应用于所有头像。

这是有原因的，还是需要进一步调试，因为它听起来像是一个错误？

我之所以能得出这些结论，是因为我检查了网址。有些头像不符合“外部系统头像网址”设置，有些头像则符合（我知道这一点是因为我检查了损坏的头像和未损坏的头像的链接）。

我来大胆猜测一下，希望能得到一些澄清。

您启用了“`外部系统头像`”，并更改了“`外部系统头像网址`”设置的默认值，对吗？

更改设置后，只有用户上传的头像和 Gravatar 头像才在工作，对吗？如果是这样，您为外部网址设置输入的具体值是什么？
