Is there a full list somewhere of the keys I can use in a URL query string?
Specifically, I’d like to see only unassigned threads, altho I’d really appreciate a full list if there’s one lying around somewhere so I can understand the possibilities.

There isn’t really a definitive central repository.
Assign for example is a plugin, you can see the list of URL parameters in the plugin topic here:
