我一直在思考我的用户群。我们在公司内部使用 Discourse 来管理一个私有的开发者社区。我们开始在个人资料中使用自定义徽章，以帮助其他人识别同事在某些主题上的专业知识以及他们是否完成了某些培训。

然而，有人提出要求，希望将这些徽章可以自豪地显示在他们电子邮件的页脚中。当有人点击徽章时，应该会直接跳转到 Discourse 上的用户个人资料。
