Install this theme component

Restyles custom usercard fields to look like the core ones on the [redesign experiment](https://meta.discourse.org/t/usercard-redesign-experiment/254353).

After the redesign experiment is done, I don’t see this component continuing to be useful, however in the meantime it provides a nice visual parity between the fields from core and those added by plugins/theme components on the redesign experiment user cards.
