Hello,

On Topic pages the full name prioritize if same as username.

However on other page like on [users page](https://meta.discourse.org/u?order=likes_received) or groups the username shown if same as full name.

If the username is very similar to the name, then only the username was displayed. That was implemented on purpose, but did not follow all the other places where we show a username or name. I removed the extra logic in this PR:
