# User Group Posts/Reply Activity Report

Hi! Is there a way to generate a report based on the number of replies/posts created by a user group? I did try looking for answers and exploring the native reports to no avail. I do not have a [Data Explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true) , so I’m not sure how to move forward.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction? Thanks so much!

Outside of the prebuilt reports on the admin dashboard (which don’t include a way to filter by specific group) your options are very limited. Are you on a hosted plan that excludes [Data Explorer](https://meta.discourse.org/t/32566?silent=true)? If at all possible, I’d highly recommend getting access to it.
