# User group sync with drupal

Are you using [Discourse’s implementation of SSO](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourseconnect-official-single-sign-on-for-discourse-sso/13045) to log users into Discourse from Drupal? If so, you can use the `add_groups` and `remove_groups` parameters to set user’s group membership. Details about how to do that are in the ‘Specifying group membership’ section of the topic that I linked to.
