# User invites not sending--No user associated in email log for invites

Are you getting any errors? Are they not receiving the invite email?

For invites, this is normal. The (invited) user does not exists yet.

Sorry for not being clear about the error. The invite appeared to be sent via the invite feature from my profile page. However, no invite email arrived at the email specified. My logs are blank now so I assume you reset things. Invites are working now. Thanks for the assistance.

I didn’t do anything.

I just tested the invite on your instance and it works just fine. Are you still having issues?
