# User Name is not visible to admin if "enable name" is unchecked

hello, on my setup i have set for registration new users to provide their names because some of them they dont mind to show in public their names, but some users do not want their names to show in public. I try to uncheck the “Enable names” for all users but me as an admin i was also not able to view their names on the edit profile ! i upload a screenshot as admin that when i click edit the field is empty !
what i suggest
1. admin to be able to view real name ! ( the users are my clients and i need to know who is who, as they not always using the same email with the email that are register on my client area.
2. even better to be able to set some permission function if someone don’t want to show on public their real name to be able to hide it, even better on registration form to has an option to select if they want to show to public their name as i want their name to be required on registration and for me as an admin to be able to see it
