# 用户未收到订阅的主题

我的系统中有一位用户收不到新帖的邮件通知。我已确认邮件并未发送（通过已发送邮件检查），但无法找出为何只有他一人遇到此问题。

有什么建议可以检查吗？

首先要查看的是您站点的“管理 / 邮件 / 退信”页面。尝试在该页面的“收件人地址”搜索筛选器中输入用户的电子邮件地址。如果显示任何退信，您应该可以通过点击“邮件类型”字段中显示的链接来查看退信原因。
