# User not seeing images

One of the members of my forum is reporting that he can’t see images in posts.
I don’t think it’s a problem at my end as no one else is experiencing the same issue as far as I know, Also, he says the issue clears if he switches off his Norton VPN.
Has anyone see this sort of thing before with a VPN? I use (a differnent) one all the time without any problems.
I recently moved the storage to S3 with a Cloudfront CDN but that was a few weeks go. I don’t believe the issue is related to that, unless I’m missing something.

So, have him switch off his Norton VPN or ask them why they broke your site?

A guess is that someone else uses cloudflare and Norton thinks they are bad, so they block everyone who uses cloudfront (or that cloudfront IP).

Switching off the VPN is a workaround but not a solution.
The VPN shouldn’t be blocking anything. Isn’t it the endpoint that would be blocking the VPN IP? A search didn’t turn up much. I’ll have to dig around AWS.

I think that it’s Norton’s fault. This is what I found in 7 seconds. It might not be the solution.

I’ve asked him to try changing the VPN region. We’ll see what difference if makes.
