[A recent commit](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/ca93e5e68b5eb6843b112d72ba7f108004d4c674#diff-9f41c20245b7185e7e5901bcccf3521230af358be7a8fecffa91a6fb9454b644R253) caused an object `{ level: "muted" }` to be passed to the server instead of a string value. I have a PR that fixes that issue, as well as the server throwing an error when the `level` param is not valid. For the review - it also fixes a JS deprecation due to overriding a computed property (by adding a `set`)
