我们应该将用户名规范化为小写形式，并对各种大小写不规范的情况强制重定向，就像我们规范化主题 URL 和分类 URL 一样。
我想对于 https://meta.discourse.org/g/Admins 也应该采用同样的规范化处理。
我们目前已经在对 https://meta.discourse.org/c/Bug/1/l/unread 和 https://meta.discourse.org/t/incorrect-canonical-url-for-user-profile-PAGE/190847 使用重定向进行规范化处理。
优先级较低，但我们还是应该清理一下这个问题。
