In a flag approved pm with a staff member here on Meta, the post has staff colour applied automatically (normal), and the user’s title has a background colour as that of the post (!). The user’s title is also clickable, leading to the Team group (!!).

![The image shows a black background with a message and the name "David Taylor david team". (Captioned by AI)](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/meta/original/4X/3/e/1/3e1204b29746bf4a72748ea1810657fcf711c3c6.jpeg)
Is this the work of [this feature](https://meta.discourse.org/t/linking-user-titles-to-groups/19169), or something else? That guide doesn’t show the titles being highlighted.
