그것은 스마트 쿼테이션(smart quotes)이겠군요.

어떤 설정 메뉴에서 이런 형태로 표시되나요?

"글리치"처럼 보이는 표현은 그것들의 퍼센트 인코딩된 버전일 수 있습니다… 아마도 잘못된 코드페이지(UTF-8이 아닌) 때문일까요?

여기서나 try에서 문제를 재현해 볼 수 있나요?
